What is the best time of day for photo sessions?
Early mornings or late evenings during the golden hour when light is evenly distributed. Winter and summer times may differ.
Can you recommend a dress code?
When selecting your wardrobe, consider complimentary color schemes as well as professional hair and makeup, which can make images more appealing & add artistic flair and harmony.
Do you have a photography studio?
Yes, I have a small studio with lovely light and neutral walls, where individual portrait sessions, newborn sessions, cake smash sessions and families of up to 4 people can be accommodated.
Do you travel for bookings?
Yes, additional traveling fees per km apply (AA rates).
What happens if I arrive late for my booking?
In the event of arriving late for a booking, a standard rate of R550.00 per 30 minutes will apply, OR time will be deducted from the total session time.
How can I ensure booking you for my wedding date?
Wedding bookings are finalised upon the signing of a contract and receipt of a 50% deposit fee.
If needed, are you able to stay after my booked session or wedding’s time is up?
Yes, depending on my bookings for the rest of that day. An additional per hour rate will apply.
What is your cancellation policy?
The following applies to all packages:
Cancellations must be made 15 days prior to the scheduled booking, otherwise the 50% deposit fee will be forfeited. Cancellations on the day of the booking will forfeit 100% of the booked package price.
In the unlikely event that I am unable to honor a booking that has been paid for, the client will be fully refunded, OR the booking rescheduled at no extra cost, OR I will arrange with a fellow photographer with a similar style and quality of work to do the session.
